The Role:
You will be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining content to achieve our client’s business goals. Your duties will also include uploading content and assets to BEAM—our brand engagement and asset management platform.
Responsibilities:
- Log and complete requests for updates to images, videos, and content on web pages; ensure that all uploads of new images and content have appropriate tags and captions.
- Create, load, and maintain content and designs for landing and home pages.
- Ability to maintain, schedule, and post content, data, images, tags, and files within the BEAM platform.
- Assist with executing new and ongoing initiatives to ensure consistent and trackable usage of digital assets and external resources.
- Ability to think through the complexities of categorization, naming conventions, tagging, version controls, etc. to ensure all assets are easily accessible and organized properly.
- Ensure all website content standards are maintained as new functionality and websites are developed.
Preferred qualification:
- Experience working on websites, digital products, and CMS systems, including Word Press.
- Excellent verbal & formal written communication skills; must like to write, document sources, and edit for spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to work within a group, individually, and virtually.
- Highly organized self-starter, motivated, and results oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadline pressure required.
- Ability to flex quickly and comfortably to meet frequent changes in priority.
The requirements:
- High School diploma required.
- BA in English, journalism, advertising, marketing, or other relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and other web content editing software.
- Familiarity with CMS or Digital Asset Management systems.
