About this Event

Megan has dabbled in aerial, power, hatha, bikram and ashtanaga yoga. However, after years of exploration she's come to the conclusion: any yoga is good yoga. With 300 hours YTT under her belt, Megan enjoys the integration of many techniques and practices and is excited to guide you through a 60 minute flow that cultivates peace and breaks a sweat. She may also be caught chanting in sanskrit from time to time and can't wait to welcome you to a digital practice!
